Directions

• Silver Spring
The office is located at the Chesapeake ADHD Center of Maryland main in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland in a gray brick two-story house at 8607 Cedar St. The Center is on the edge of the business district, and is accessible by metro, car or bus.

By Metro
To reach the Center by Metro, take the Red Line to the Silver Spring station. From the train platform, take the South (buses) exit. When you exit the station, head north on Colesville Road (in the direction of the Discovery Channel world headquarters which you'll see just ahead, adjacent to the Metro station). Continue walking four blocks to Spring Street. Turn right and continue two blocks to 8607 Cedar Street (Spring St. becomes Cedar St. after you cross Ellsworth). Plan for a 10-minute walk.

By Car
From the Washington Beltway, take the Rt. 29/Colesville Rd. Exit South (Exit 30 or 30B depending upon the direction in which you are driving). Continue a little over one mile to the traffic signal at Spring St. on the edge of the business district. Turn left on Spring St., continue through the traffic light at Ellsworth and you'll see the Center on the left at 8607 Cedar St. (Spring St. becomes Cedar St. after you cross Ellsworth.)

From the North:
Take Rt 29 South to Spring Street. Make a left on Spring Street. The center is Located 1 1/2 blocks up on the right side.
Alternately, take 95 South to 495 West. Follow Directions above.

Parking Information
Parking is conveniently located in a multi-story Montgomery County parking garage on Ellsworth St., only one block from my office. To reach the garage, turn right on Ellsworth from Spring St. The parking garage is immediately ahead on your right.

As you exit the garage you'll be able to see the Center to your left - a gray brick two story house in the middle of the block on Cedar Street. Walk back to Spring St., turn right and we're four houses down on the left.
Very limited metered parking (requiring quarters) is also available on the street directly in front of the Center.

• Columbia
The office is located in a high rise building next to the Mall in Columbia, directly across the parking lot from JC Pennys.

By Car: Take Rte 29 to Brokenland Parkway toward Hickory Ridge/Town Center. At the intersection of Little Patuxent Parkway, make a right and go to the next traffic light. At 1st light make a left into the mall entrance. The building is directly to your right. There is a Provident Bank on the first floor and a two story parking deck next to the building.
